Any contract for renovation work is solely between you and the builder

            Your Responsibility: You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any builder before engaging their services. This includes verifying their QBCC licence status, insurance, references, and suitability for your project.
        

5. No Guarantee of Partner Availability

While we maintain a network of quality renovation specialists:

We cannot guarantee a builder will be available for every enquiry
Builder availability varies based on their current workload and your location
Response times may vary depending on demand and project complexity
We do not guarantee a minimum number of quotes for any enquiry
